1. Online application and resume screening
Candidates apply through Jobaaj, campus placement cells, or P&G's careers site, and applications are shortlisted based on academic performance, extracurricular leadership, and relevant internship or work experience.
2. Online assessment
Shortlisted candidates typically complete an online test covering logical reasoning, situational judgement, and problem-solving, designed to assess business thinking rather than pure rote knowledge.
3. Case-based interview round 1
A panel evaluates structured problem-solving through a business case relevant to the function, such as a marketing or supply chain scenario, along with questions on past leadership experiences.
4. Case-based interview round 2
A second, often more senior, round goes deeper into functional fit, testing analytical rigour and how candidates approach ambiguous business problems with limited data.
5. Final panel or leadership round
A senior leadership panel assesses overall potential, values alignment, and readiness for P&G's fast-paced, ownership-driven work culture.
6. Offer and onboarding
Selected candidates receive an offer letter, followed by document verification and a structured onboarding programme that introduces P&G's brands, systems, and functional training path.
