Interview Process
Application
To start your application process at EY, you can visit their official website and search for jobs through keywords or locations. You will be able to find detailed descriptions of each of the jobs, including the qualifications and experience required. Once you have found a job that you are interested in, you can click on the "Apply Now" button and complete your application. Your application will be reviewed by EY, and they will contact you if your application meets their requirements.
Interview
The interview process at EY is a two-way street. You will be asked questions about your skills and experience, but you will also be encouraged to ask questions about the work culture, the scope of your role, and any other questions you might have about the company. The interview could take place in person, via phone, video, or a combination of all three modes.
Assessment
In addition to the interview, EY may also ask you to complete a written assessment. The exact structure and content of the assessment will depend on the country, service line, and role to which you apply. For example, if you are applying for a role in audit, you may be asked to complete a written assessment that tests your knowledge of accounting principles. The written assessment may be completed online or at a testing center. It is important to be prepared for the assessment and to practice your skills in advance.
EY will keep in touch with you throughout the application process and will let you know your next steps.
Review the offer and prepare to join
Joining a new organization can be a stressful experience, which is why EY offers a global onboarding technology portal to make your job transition as smooth as possible. You can also start networking with your peers and colleagues through the portal.
Interview Rounds
The number of interview rounds and their time window will heavily depend on your job role and department, but the generic process is basically the same:
Video Interview
Basically, this is the pre-screening step. The interview allows you to present your skills and achievements in a more interactive manner than in your resume.
Final interview
The final round of interviews at EY is a one-on-one interview with your manager or partner. This interview is an opportunity for you to learn more about the role and the company, and for the interviewer to get to know you better. The interviewer will be looking for your skills, attitude, personality, and future goals to determine if you are the perfect fit for the job.
