This will be an initial screening test that might happen either through a telephone interview or a video call. This will mostly be an hr interview and would determine if you go on to the next interview phases
These might be a series of small interview rounds comprising of even non-interview rounds like group exercises, or aptitude tests. These will be followed by a final interview after completion of which, you receive the offer letter.
