Campus Meet

Morgan Stanley team meets graduates and final-year students at the campus. Make sure to attend Stanley’s campus events, network with as many of their representatives as possible, and speak to them about their jobs.

Internship Programs

They have opportunities for both first-year and final-year students. Go to their website and explore the programs available and apply accordingly as per your education, skills, and interest. 

Online Application

As with all other organizations you can apply on their official website. Where different roles are there to apply for. You can choose according to the stream and skill set you have. Always apply along with a cover letter and include why you are interested in joining Morgan Stanley and your chosen business area. You may need to prepare for:

• Combination of numerical reasoning,
• Verbal reasoning,
• Logical reasoning tests, and accuracy.

Interview Rounds

Initial Screening

If you got shortlisted in previous processes, you will be asked to initiate an initial interview. This first-round interview may be on the telephone, via video conferencing, or in person, depending on the division and your location.

Multiple screening tests

The initial screening is followed by multiple interviews, written tests, individual presentations, and a group exercise. These could vary again depending on your division and job profile.

Final interview

This is the final step where you are usually handed the offer letter as long as you don't make any grave blunders in this interview
