You will be asked questions about your skills and experience, but you will also be encouraged to ask questions about the work culture, the scope of your role, and any other questions you might have about the company. The interview could take place in person, via phone, video, or a combination of all three modes.
Assessment
In addition to the interview, EY may also ask you to complete a written assessment. The exact structure and content of the assessment will depend on the country, service line, and role to which you apply. For example, if you are applying for a role in audit, you may be asked to complete a written assessment that tests your knowledge of accounting principles. The written assessment may be completed online or at a testing center. It is important to be prepared for the assessment and to practice your skills in advance.
