2. Resume screening

3. Online assessment

4. Technical or functional interview

5. Managerial round

A senior manager evaluates ethical judgement, attention to detail and comfort working within the strict compliance and documentation standards expected across the pharmaceutical industry.

6. HR and final round

HR discusses compensation, posting location and joining timeline, and for field-based roles, confirms the territory being offered. Offers are typically shared within one to two weeks of the final interview.
