The interview process at Infosys is quite structured and comprises several stages to evaluate the suitability of candidates for various roles. Here's a brief overview of the process:
1. Online Test: Candidates begin with an online test that assesses reasoning ability, mathematical and logical reasoning, verbal ability, pseudocode understanding, and puzzle-solving skills. This test typically consists of 54 questions to be completed in 100 minutes.
2.Technical Interview: If you clear the online test, you will face a technical interview. Here, your knowledge of programming languages (such as C, C++, and Java), data structures, databases, SQL, and system design will be tested. The questions will often relate to the details on your resume, your field of interest, or your expertise.
3.HR Interview: The final stage is the HR interview, which is geared towards assessing your communication skills, team spirit, professional behavior, and overall fit with the company's culture. You'll be asked about your background, hobbies, and experiences. It’s also your chance to ask questions about the company and the role you've applied for.
