Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) is the government body that builds and operates Namma Metro, the rapid transit system serving Bengaluru, Karnataka. It is a joint venture of the Government of India and the Government of Karnataka, incorporated on 21 September 1994.

Commercial services began on 20 October 2011 on the stretch between MG Road and Baiyappanahalli. BMRCL is headquartered at the BMTC Complex on K.H. Road, Bengaluru, and continues to expand the network across the city.
